THE ELITE ELEVATOR GROUP MAINTENANCE - CARETAKER CONTRACT

This is based on our basic maintenance agreement. This contract is designed to suit lift/s where the building is empty and lift/s are not being used. Should there be any specialist inclusions required, they can be added via a simple amendment.

Caretaker contract cover includes the following:-

Regular maintenance of lift/s to make running adjustments and lubricate parts.
Provide condition reports via our planned caretaker maintenance programming system.
Full consultation on upgrades and statutory tests/examinations.
Priority access to our technical support from our highly trained operatives.

NB: Normally the lift/s would be switched off between our visits. If the lift/s need to be operational between our visits, we would provide our Bronze contract on a monthly basis.
