MAINTENANCE - GOLD CONTRACT

This is our fully comprehensive maintenance agreement. The comprehensive nature of the contract is designed to suit most customers, but should there be any specialist inclusions required, they can be added via a simple amendment.

Gold contract cover includes the following:-

Regular maintenance of lift/s to make running adjustments and lubricate parts.
Provide condition reports via our planned maintenance programming system.
Full consultation on upgrades and statutory tests/examinations.
Free of charge breakdown rectification during normal working hours, including parts (subject to standard exclusions).
Free of charge scheduled repairs including parts, carried out during normal working hours (subject to standard exclusions).
Free technical support from our highly trained operatives.
