MAINTENANCE - SILVER CONTRACT

This is our intermediate maintenance agreement. This contract is designed to suit most customers, but should there be any specialist inclusions required, they can be added via a simple amendment.

Silver contract cover includes the following:-

Regular maintenance of lift/s to make running adjustments and lubricate parts.
Provide condition reports via our planned maintenance programming system.
Full consultation on upgrades and statutory tests/examinations.
Free of charge breakdown rectification during normal working hours, excluding parts.
Access to our technical support from our highly trained operatives.
