Maintenance Contract Types - Gold: Silver: Bronze: Caretaker

Gold. This is our fully comprehensive maintenance agreement. The comprehensive nature of the contract is designed to suit most customers, but should there be any specialist inclusions required, they can be added via a simple amendment.

Silver. This is our intermediate maintenance agreement. This contract is designed to suit most customers, but should there be any specialist inclusions required, they can be added via a simple amendment.

Bronze. This is our Basic maintenance agreement. This contract is designed to suit all the basic requirements of most customers. Should there be any specialist inclusions required, they can be added via a simple amendment.

Caretaker. This is based on our basic maintenance agreement. This contract is designed to suit lift/s where the building is empty and lift/s are not being used. Should there be any specialist inclusions required, they can be added via a simple amendment.

NB: Normally the lift/s would be switched off between our Caretaker Contract visits. If the lift/s need to be operational between our visits, we would provide our Bronze contract on a monthly basis.
